Spindle motor

2. Guide rail
The X-axis and Y-axis of the small-format engraving machine mostly use imported linear cylindrical guide rails, and the guide rails should be directly mounted on the bed base and the beam base, and the guide rail base is fastened and locked to ensure the rigidity. In some models, the guide rails are exposed to the outside and directly mounted on the bed. It is easy to fall into the magazine, rust and cannot guarantee rigidity.
The X-axis and Y-axis of the large-format engraving machine mostly use the imported linear square guide rail, and the rigidity and stability are better than the circular guide rail. Most of the large-format engraving machines use gantry, why not use the carriage to move, because the contact surface of the carriage and the screw is small, large-format machines often process heavy materials, the platform is easy to deform; when moving heavy materials, the pallet moves The inertia is large, the accuracy is not accurate; and the movement of the carriage takes up a large space, and the working area is very inconvenient.
3. Screw
The lead screw is generally made up of a cheap ordinary rib screw and an expensive professional grade ball screw. The main features of the ball screw are high precision, good motion characteristics, long resistance and long life. It is widely used in precision machine tools. It is an important and expensive part in the engraving machine. The precision of the engraving machine is determined by it. The ordinary screw has low precision, low resistance and short life, and the gap is easily generated due to wear, so the precision is lowered, and the price is far lower than that of the ball screw.
